It’s time for you to finally practice Yoga!
As an experienced Yoga Teacher, I invite you to experience the beauties of the Yoga journey and share the practice with me.
If you need more flexibility, strength or calmness in your body & mind, surrender to Yoga and I’d be happy to guide you.
The class will be online and totally personalized on your needs. If you have any injury just let me know: I have a physiotherapy background and we can work out the perfect way for you to practice safely.
I love to combine different styles together, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ananda, Restorative and Nidra Yoga.
The class can be very relaxing or stimulating and challenging, depending on your preference and mood on the day.
