Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that connects breath and movement in a flowing sequence of postures. This practice strengthens the body, improves flexibility and balances the mind, while promoting mindfulness.

In my classes, Vinyasa is taught in connection with the five elements: Earth for grounding, Water for fluidity, Fire for strength and energy, Air for lightness, and Ether for spiritual connection. I also integrate Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Mudra (symbolic gestures) techniques, to enrich the experience and encourage a deeper connection between body and mind.

Classes are available in French, German and English, and are suitable for all levels. Dive into this practice that energizes the body and soothes the mind.
