Art and craft always help us in developing patience, focus and a peace of mind. Staying in the city of Paris for the past few years, I developed an interest and passion for learning and sharing the skill of painting. The hobby can be started by any person irrespective of their age. Let it be a student of 10 years, a housewife of 35 or a senior citizen of 70 years! In the past five years, after I started painting in 2017, I could motivate several of my friends and family to pursue this hobby without any prior training or knowledge. The activity makes us calm, helps us in focussing more on the work and in fact it can be an additional source of income after learning the basic skills.
