I studied my university career in Pedagogy, and I have worked for 5 years as a teacher with kids of all ages, also teenagers and adults! giving classes of English or Spanish (which is my mother tongue)

I love to be able to share what I can with others , that’s why I want to help you to improve a new language!
I always prefer to give dynamic classes, using songs, games, movies, so its easier for you to learn!

For sure first of all I will ask you to tell me what is what you want to learn (gramar, vocabulary, reading, or just conversation, so you can practice the language) and how you want it, so I can adapt my class to your own necessities and level! (:

Welcome to my online site for learning Spanish as a foreign language.

My name is Jonathan, I am a teacher of modern languages as well as a translator and interpreter. I have 10 years of extensive experience in the field of education and translation. I am dedicated to teaching and teaching languages at all levels, applying my methods that take into account the specific needs of my students both professionally and academically.

Methodology:
Course proposal:
-diagnostic interview and initial level test (theoretical-oral)
Time distribution and definition of teaching methodology:
-theoretical-practical classes (2h)
-Classes of conversation (2h)
-holistic controls (every 4 theoretical classes)
-Final analytical evaluation (at the end of the course)
-devices and practical home work (eg: written compositions [weekly])
-reviews (2h, takes place before the exam)
- DELE preparation course (diploma of Spanish as a foreign language) (5 hours a day, with an extension of 4 weeks)
-simulation of official exam. (4 hours approximately).

We do a little bit of everything during the lessons!

First and foremost we look at the grammar and the four skills to learn a language well: Producción oral, Producción escrita, Comprensión oral & Comprensión escrita.

Second, we have fun doing other activities, including playing, listening to music, cooking, or sewing.

Would you like to speak German? Then you are absolutely right with me. I give German lessons, speaking, writing- yes and also the difficult grammar. Effortless English Language Learning

is my favourite method of teaching people USEFUL English to help them become confident English speakers fast, without studying or effort.

Here is how you will learn if you choose to take this Course:
During each session:

STEP 1: I ask you "appropriate" questions to what's most important to you in your life.

STEP 2: You reply as good as you can.

STEP 3: I correct your English where necessary, your pronunciation if needed, and help you say what you actually are trying to say (FYI: I have 18 years of experience in teaching English ).

STEP 4: Together we create a script, a piece of text, for your next 1-minute English ListeningExercise.

STEP 5: After the session I professionally record your tailor-made 1-minute English ListeningExercise.

STEP 6: Your task is to listen to that ListeningExercise for 10 minutes every day with headphones.

STEP 7: A week later (or less), you take your next session with me where you show me how well you can say your 1-minute English ListeningExercise from memory and we repeat the process.

It doesn't matter if you have a beginner or mid-intermediate English level, if you follow these steps, then there is no need to focus on English grammar or sentence structure because that will come automatically to you.

Hola!

Would you like to learn Spanish in an interactive way with a focus on speaking? Do you love Latin American culture as much as I do? Say no more!

We first look at where you are now and what you would like to achieve and I adjust my lesson based on that. Having lived in Ecuador, I know all too well how important it is to be truly immersed in a language. That's why I think practice is very important: talking about your interests! I was born and raised in Ghent, Belgium, and spent my formative years in the UK, where I graduated in Modern Languages—Chinese and French—from The University of Westminster in London. After completing my studies, I spent two decades in Asia, primarily in Greater China. Now back "home", as a full time dad of two princesses who have Chinese heritage, communicating in various languages - sometimes in one sentence - is just part of our day.
