This class is for students who need to improve their ability to read, write, listen and speak English for a variety of different situations. Material for lessons will be taken from newspapers, magazines, multimedia broadcasts and real work and social situations. This class will help students to use a combination of reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to look at language used in certain situations and to practice this language in class. Lessons will develop students’ vocabulary and help them to communicate more easily in a variety of situations.

My lessons aim to focus on learning the language as quickly as possible. I believe that the best way to achieve this, is to be taught in the language you learn.

I teach students from high school, university but also expats or students that just want to improve their English skills.

About me:
For 2 years I have been teaching as a Berlitz language instructor. In these 2 years, I have taught expats, doctors, engineers, students from more than 50 different countries. I currently teach at university as well.

I am a British/Dutch PhD student (German language and literature) who was raised in both Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

My availability changes every week, but I am flexible. Therefore I could block particular time slots during the week to teach. So, the best way to know my availability is to contact me (the schedule - down here - is always subject to changes)

My specialization ranges from teaching basic expressions in German, English and Dutch to the more complex sentences and expressions, very functionally oriented with support of vocabulary and grammar, aimed at teenagers and adults (also for companies).

I am a qualified English teacher from England. I obtained my bachelor's degree in linguistics at Lancaster University (UK) and will soon have my master's degree. I have been teaching English for over 3 years to students who wish to improve their English language skills or become bilingual. All my students are satisfied with my course and those who had entrance exams have passed successfully. There is nothing like having English lessons with a qualified English speaker ;-) I have done all my studies in English and in the United Kingdom, I consider English as being my first language among all the other ones I have learned. Being a "native" speaker for me is meaningless, the qualifications are the most important as well as the experience (you could have a "native" speaker who makes a lot of mistakes because this person is not qualified in teaching).

The price of the lessons is moderate compared to the effectiveness of my courses. I use a variety of methods and can easily adapt to the needs of the student. I offer courses at all levels (beginner, advanced to university level) as well as English courses for IELTS/TOEFL, A-LEVELS or correction of written works.

I have worked with children as well as teenagers and adults. My 3 years of experience as a teacher in England have helped me to develop the qualities necessary to motivate my students and teach them effectively.

I can deliver the lessons online anywhere in the world.

*Interpretation techniques and notes for novice interpreters*
The following lessons will be offered to you:
- Introduction to interpreting techniques
- How to interpret consecutively?
- Notes (symbols) for interpreters
- Simulations & Speeches

Through interpreting techniques and notes, the student will be introduced to the correct spelling and symbols to interpret consecutively. A consecutive interpreter has to be able to listen very well and at the same time write down the message as short as possible in order to be able to interpret the whole speech.

I am a master student at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. I offer English lessons to students of all ages and experience levels. I have five years of experience teaching English. I was raised in Lincoln, England.

First, we will meet and you will tell me about your interests and goals. Afterwards, I will make up a plan according to your areas of focus and development. This class is conversation-based, but if you are looking to prepare for an exam or learn business English, I am more than happy to help!
In my class, we will use: Spoken dialogue, flashcards, written exercises, listening exercises, and textbooks.

I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Spanish for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). I will make sure that you discover the Spanish culture through the lessons, learn the correct pronunciation and of course learn some grammar. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in classical singing at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and am more than willing to help with either of my mother tongue or my beloved German.
I have a bachelor’s degree in classical singing, completed in July of 2022. I spent my childhood in Bulgaria and emigrated to the United States at age 10, where I obtained my high school degree. I then moved to Germany and completed my bachelor’s degree, during which I worked multiple jobs, including tutoring in English and German. I can help with school lessons, teach grammar and vocabulary, and can also work on pronunciation and communication skills. I love the German and American culture and am very proud of my Bulgarian heritage. I look forward to helping you with any of those languages!
