I am a 23 year old Hungarian musician , living in Rotterdam because of study reasons.My main profile is being a session musician in live concerts, and in the studio ,as well. I've played in many music groups, in a lot of genres from pop through funk to jazz. Right now I also have my solo project, as a fusion guitarist.
I've been teaching for about 5 years, and had students from age 7 to 40+. I'd like to give my students perspective of the possibilities they can encounter through music, and playing the guitar in particular.

At the moment I am a student at Codarts, Jazz Guitar Department.

Do you want to learn some cuban grooves? or maybe latin jazz?

Apart from teaching the most amazing latin rhythms, In my lessons I apply the stick control book, to achieve a good technique, and at the same time I teach coordination and grooves, with the best methods and books from the most qualified drummers.

I'm a professional drummer from Spain, but living in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I have studied Latin drums at Codarts, university of the arts, in Rotterdam, so I've acquired a lot of knowledge and skills on Cuban and Brazilian music, jazz, funk and Pop.

I've performed in places such as:

Lessons are addressed to every student profile, regardless of age, level of expectations (no matter if it is seen as a hobby or rather if the individual is getting prepared for official Conservatory auditions, etc.).

We will play and/or focus on what the student is willing to deepen into (whatever music style they are interested in, more theoretical aspects or rather practical ones), trying to get the maximum profit of the employed time, and prioritising the actual learning of the person as the main factor for their motivation.

I obtained my Jazz Music Master's program at the Prince Claus Conservatoire of Groningen in June 2022.
Previously, in 2018, I graduated from my music Bachelor's at the Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona (Spain).

- In a very calm and friendly environment, the classes are organized and planned according to the students' goals/wishes. As someone who was classically trained from age 6 to 18, I believe this is very important for the students well being.

- If you want to improve your piano technique while also enjoying the lesson and having a sense of improvement every week, then these lessons are for you.

- My classes are for everyone that wants t play anything on the piano. Be it jazz, classical, pop, etc... Also, as a composer and pianist, I will give you a different point of view from other piano teachers.

We will find your needs together and start working from that point. You can come with no experience at all and I will help you to explore and develop your voice. It's also not important if you cannot read music, I can help you with that as well. If you are already a singer, we will work in order to refine your technique.

Although I have the most experience with classical, I am able and I am glad to teach other styles!

Voice, breathing, and posture are connected and fundamental for a healthy technique so we will also work on that while we focus on your voice.

Singing can be very personal and confronting but do not fear, we work in a safe environment.

Hello!

I am Celia, a professional saxophonist and singer. I am offering individual (online or face-to-face) lessons in Saxophone, Singing, Improvisation, or Music Theory. I have seven years of experience as a teacher.

In my lessons, I adapt completely to the needs of the student, regardless of their age or level.

Depending on what you want to improve or what you are willing to learn, I will design the sessions specifically for you. Any style you'd like to explore or improve will be welcome (both in singing and saxophone).

I have a Bachelor's degree in Classical Saxophone and a Master's of Music degree in New Audiences and Innovative Practice (with both vocals and saxophone).

Hello everyone!

My musical journey began when I was just four years old, starting with the piano. Later, at the age of seven, I eagerly embraced the violin, adding its enchanting melodies to my repertoire.

I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision.

After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music.

In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music.

Beyond classical music, I've always been drawn to exploring different genres and styles. As a member of the Jong Metropole Orchestra in 2023, I relished the opportunity to collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds, pushing the boundaries of traditional musical conventions.

In every note I play and every project I undertake, my passion for music shines through. It's a journey of exploration, growth, and discovery, and I'm excited to continue sharing my love for music with the world.

I teach all levels and styles (classical, pop, jazz, etc.). It can be with or without theory, depending on what you prefer. In class we will work mostly around what the student is looking for, weather that’s just being able to jam along to their favorite tunes or to get good enough to make a living out of drumming. We can work on a variety of different genres from jazz to pop to latin, which ever the student is keen on learning about. I'm a guitar teacher experienced in teaching kids, although I'm can teach adults and intermediates/advanced, whether that's acoustic or electric guitar, nylon or steel strings.
I'm currently specializing in Brazilian guitar at Codarts Conservatory, although I'm experienced with Blues, Rock, Funk, Percussive Fingerstyle and can also introduce you to Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Flamenco or Classical. and beyond.
I believe I can be quite effective in helping you upgrade your current guitar level, as I can very rapidly identify what's holding you back and how to overcome it pragmatically , which will build up your motivation, the primary aspect in facilitating progress.
I focus on covering the basics of the right hand and left hand separately at first, and with helping you develop proper technique from the get-go, which will make everything easier in the long run. Once the foundations have been laid down, I focus on a more individualized approach according to your specific needs and taste.
