Movement can be funny, so can you or not. You chose or not. Being funny can be learned as being expressive.

I have studied Lecoq Technique(Pantomime, Tragedy, Drama, Mask Theater, Clown) and Decroux (Mime Corporel). These are physical theater approaches. I am passionate about moving the body in space and the effect it brings. Finding the humor in the physicality and rhythm delightens my everyday life and I am happy to share the fun.

Meine Herangehensweise ist geprägt von:
Jahren als professioneller Bühnentänzer (Zeitgenössischer Tanz), Fighting Monkey Practice (Jozef Frucek & Linda Kapetanea), Evolve, Move, Play (Rafe Kelley), Parkour, Kontakt Improvisation, Training für Kraft und Beweglichkeit, Klettern, Kampfsport und Qi Gong.

In Gruppen arbeiten wir viel mit spielerischen Bewegungs-Szenarien, Partnern und Aufgaben in denen wir durch andere Menschen und deren Input unsere Körper herausfordern zu lernen und zu wachsen. Außerdem arbeiten wir je nach Setting an verschiedenen körperlichen/mentalen Fähigkeiten und Qualitäten, mit Ansätzen aus Tanz, Qi Gong, natürlicher Bewegung und Krafttraining.

Der Rahmen und die Form des Unterrichts kann immer an das Individuum oder die jeweilige Gruppe angepasst und auf Bedürfnisse spezialisiert werden.

Es gibt vom Alter und des Levels her keine Einschränkungen.

Kathak is one of the classical jewels of India where the powerful footwork (Tatkar) and hand movements (hastakas) are used to tell a story.

Having learnt the form for over 13 years, I understand the determination, joy as well as frustration that I as a student went through.

This is not one of those dances where you can learn the choreography over an hour. This form of dance requires patience and practice.

With me you will achieve excellence, skills, speed, and receive of the joy of dancing as well.

My Background: 13 years of Kathak training in Kalashram (under Mamta Maharaj - daughter of Late Pt. Birju Maharaj)

- took part in several performances and competitions.

- was a part of CWG (2010) in Delhi

- choreographed several pieces for children of age 7 to 15 years

My Classes: online classes with a bit of warm up and then Kathak.

- Bollywood, semi- classical choreographies
- homework to learn theory and practice

In my contemporary classes, we focus on using breath and creativity to explore movement and push the boundaries of both curiosity and physicality.

No matter your experience or level, we’ll create a practice that helps you strengthen your dance foundation, improve your flow, and build confidence. The goal is to feel free in your movement and leave the class feeling like you’ve accomplished something for the day.

Salsa Ladystyle: Frauen, die bereits über mindestens Basic-Salsakenntnisse verfügen, können in
diesem Kurs ihren Tanzstil verbessern und verfeinern. Ideal auch für Frauen, die gerne einen Tanzkurs besuchen
möchten, aber (noch) keinen Tanzpartner haben. Es finden immer wieder Spezial-Workshops mit verschiedenen externen Tanzlehrerinnen statt. Meist bieten wir parallel dazu auch einen Salsa Menstyle Kurs/Workshop an.
Bachata: Der Tanz zu romantischer Musik stammt aus der Dominikanischen Republik und ist von den
Salsapartys nicht wegzudenken. Auch hier ist es ein Vorteil über Salsakenntnisse zu verfügen, ansonsten mindestens Rhythmussicherheit. In der Regel wird bei uns in einem Bachatakurs auch ein deutlich kleinerer Anteil an Merengue unterrichtet.

z.B. Cha Cha Cha: Mit dem klassischen kubanischen Cha Cha Cha haben Salseros eine gute Möglichkeit ihre

These intensives combine group and optional private lessons. Classes are held online three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

Each lesson includes: barre, centre, jumps. By prior arrangement we will do stretching or pointe.

I started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year and a half ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I think at the end of the day though, the most important thing with dance is to just have fun and to learn to find confidence and freedom in your expression through it, so most of all I hope I can help you find that.

The Hoop is a wonderful fitness and dance tool and easy to fall in love with! Moving with it can improve your fitness and strengh, your creative expression, your self esteem and dance skills.

Depending on your personal goals, my live online classes focus on dance or fitness movements. This way or the other, I will create a fun and structured practice for you. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students, with advanced options for experienced hoopers, including multihoop variations.

Each session follows a clear structure so you can feel guided, safe and progressively challenged:

1. Warm-Up
Gentle full-body warm-up to mobilize joints, activate the core and prepare the body for hoop movement. We focus on coordination, balance and flow.

2. Technique & Skill Development
Step-by-step hoop technique, starting from foundational movements and gradually building complexity.
Advanced students receive layered variations and optional multihoop techniques, while beginners work on solid basics.

3. Choreography & Flow
We combine learned techniques into a short choreographic sequence. The focus is on fluid transitions, musicality and personal expression rather than perfection.

4. Cool Down & Integration
A calm cool-down with stretching and breath awareness to release tension and integrate the practice.

I offer a unique combination of Booty techniques such as Twerk, Wine, Jiggle or Shake as well as flexibility training, to help you achieve confidence in your dance. My teaching combines technique training, body awareness and mobility to help students perform dance movements with control, rhythm and expression. I work with a mix of explanation, demonstration and practical exercises so that movements can be built step by step and truly understood.

A typical session begins with a warm-up and mobility exercises, followed by technique training for hip movements like Twerk, Wine, Jiggle or Shake. We then practice variations and combinations to develop rhythm, control and expression. I also integrate stretching and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and stability.

Creating a supportive and relaxed learning atmosphere is very important to me.

My classes are definitely suited for beginners as well as dancers who want to improve their hip mobility, body control and sense of rhythm.
