My name is Lorenzo and I offer tutoring for all level and age, up to the Master's degree lever, for Maths, Physics and Engineering.
I have extensive experience in tutoring and private lessons in Mathematics and Physics at University level.

I'm currently a Post-Master student in Aerospace Propulsion at the Von Karman Institute for Fluid Mechanics (BE), soon PhD student in Technische Universiteit Delft (NL).
I graduated from ETH Zürich in Mechanical Engineering and I worked for 2 years as a research and development engineer at GE Aviations in Münich.

Je suis un élève d’en rhéto au collège Saint-Jean berchmans en néerlandais. J’en suis en option Latin-6heure d’en math. J’en suis là pour aider des élève jusqu’en année. Le premier cour je ferai faire des exercices a l ́eleves pour que j’en puisse comprendrez d’ou vient le/les problème(s). Par après je vais m’assurer qu’il comprennent bien la théorie. En fin nous ferons des exercices types que je ramènerai et que je corrigerai.

Mathematics is the basis of Belgian education. Whether we like it or not, we will always come into contact with them, whether at school or outside. I help children ages 8 to 16 find where their gaps are and fill them. Whether it is by repeating the exercises done in class, giving additional exercises or analyzing the methodology behind the subject, we will do what is necessary.

I can come to your home in Brussels or the child can also come to me.

J'adopte avec mes élèves une approche pluridisciplinaire :
- Connaissance du vocabulaire (j'aide à trouver la manière adéquate à l'enfant d'apprendre facilement ses listes).
- Connaissances grammaticales (je fais des exercices oraux et écrit afin que les règles soient comprises et retenues).
- Rédaction de fiches de synthèse.

Pour les cours de math, je me concentre sur l'approche du professeur principal. Je décortique son cours et explique de manière simple de façon à ce que l'élève comprenne l'intégralité du contenu.

Hello,
My name is Maximilien, I am 23 years old and I am currently a Master 2 student at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) where I am pursuing a Master's degree in Energy Engineering in English.

After completing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at UCLouvain (physics-chemistry and mechanics option), I decided to continue my studies at the neighboring university.
The subjects I teach are mathematics, chemistry and physics.

Having also obtained my humanities diploma at Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege, I can give lessons in French, Dutch or English.

I like to actively involve my students in the course so that they understand the material well but above all that they find interest in it. I start from the principle that it is difficult to succeed in a subject without appreciating it a minimum and above all finding what it really serves us for!

In general, I like to start by reviewing the latest questions/exams to assess the level and needs of the student.
Then we go through the theory necessary to carry out the exercises and finally finish with exercise sessions together.
I am a dynamic and attentive person who quickly understands students (I was in their shoes not so long ago), which allows me to create a relationship of trust, so that the student feels comfortable and asks ALL the questions he has, and does not hesitate to say when things are not going well.
