This class will teach you how to implement more sustainable practices into your lifestyle to reduce the impacts of global warming. In addition, this class will also discuss topics within the Natural Resource Management and Environmental Science field, predicaments facing the environment today, and what we as a society can do to change or reduce these problems.

The term sustainability is on everyone's lips. More and more often you hear about problems such as global warming, plastic in the oceans or natural disasters. How are these related? And above all: How can we turn the tide and shape our lives towards more responsibility towards our planet?

The idea of the course is to show ways in which these challenges can be met. We will discuss your individual options. The way our society is now shaped, it is often very difficult to be environmentally friendly. This course is designed to encourage and enable you to live out your values more strongly and to be more balanced.

I myself have studied social and sustainability sciences (Master of Science) and can therefore score points with each other with sound background knowledge and my empathy.

Hi! My name is Robyn, and I'm a King's College London graduate (2:1), with experience teaching geography GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level, as well as primary and KS2. Having gone through the IGCSE and A-Level syllabi myself and teaching them to students for the last 5 years, I am extremely familiar with course content as well as examination and essay writing skills.

I have a flexible approach to tutoring and can tailor my teaching to your learning needs. I use a variety of interactive methods to teach, including quizzes and games, to make learning and understanding content as easy and fun as possible, especially for younger learners. I have ample experience teaching younger children and can tailor my approach as need be.

This course will allow you to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge, by addressing different agronomic themes according to your desires and needs (school program, etc.).
It is for you whether you are a beginner and want to learn the main principles of agronomy (soil functioning, main farming techniques, etc.) or in agricultural training (from high school to engineer level).
Agricultural engineer graduated in 2018, agricultural advice and then teaching high school students (STAV) and BTS (Agronomy Plant Production) are part of my professional career. I also have 5 years of experience in tutoring and private lessons with students aged 8 to 19.
