Hi!
My name is Oriana and I am 26 years old. I was born in Venezuela but I emigrated to Spain in 2006, so I can share experiences and teachings about Latin American and Spanish culture.
I have been living in Japan for more than half a year, where I am a professor of Spanish, Spanish culture, and literature at the Kobe University of Foreign Studies.
My classes are guided by the communicative method, always trying to make a fluid and interactive conversation. I use a textbook as a guide, adding personal and personified material according to the needs of the student.
I am also very interested in exposing my students to the intrinsic culture of the language, which is why I do many activities related to the different varieties that exist in Spanish, as well as I like reading the press and teaching the students the latest news from the Spanish-speaking world.
