There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ... I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class.
