    Hi!

    I am a former rhythmic gymnast and currently a professional dancer and a stretching coach. It's always been my passion to explore my body through stretching, dancing, and conditioning.

    Maintaining a strong connection with the body and knowing and improving its capabilities is crucial. For my clients, I create stretching routines that help engage with all parts of their bodies and enhance flexibility, strength, and endurance essential even in everyday activities.

    My stretching flow is like a log slow dance sometimes. Come and try it out! :)
