About Me

I am an architect passionate about software, drawing and 3D modeling. During my studies, I discovered my love for sharing information and teaching, which allowed me to develop my skills as a trainer.
I remember spending my time exploring and discovering new tricks on several software, and it made my classmates happy to whom I took pleasure in explaining and helping each time they encountered blockages, bugs or difficulties.
In fact, I find real joy in this work, and I see that my students feel the same way! There's nothing more gratifying than seeing their faces light up when they understand a concept or successfully complete a project.

Level 1 - This course is an absolute beginner level. You can hold a pencil and a brush but the starting is so stressful and confusing. Those are very common feelings when you start to draw and it can be discouraging, give you a feeling of being stuck or just very dissatisfied with your art.

In this course I will guide you through basic traditional art techniques such as pencil sketching, pen and ink drawing, watercolor, and acrylic painting. We will be studying composition, forms, shapes, structure and texture of different objects such as fabric, furniture, animal fur, plants etc. I’ll show you how to achieve depth in your shading, how to understand light, and the effect of fragility of plants or hardship and reflection of metal. I’ll teach you observation, things to look for in the drawing, but most of all I'll give you tools for future independent learning that will save you tons of time while figuring on your own!
The key to success is your motivation and time you will dedicate to your homework practice.

Level 2 - This course is directed towards people who have some basic understanding of traditional art media techniques such as pencil sketching, pen and ink drawing, watercolor, and acrylic painting.
