I am a professional singer with experience in teaching singing. I graduated in Master's degree in Performance at the Academy of Arts in Slovakia and at the HEM in Master's degree in Specialized Interpreting in Geneva. During my studies I attended several master classes with famous artists like Mirella Freni, Patricia Petibon, Mara Zampieri, Luciana D'Intino and many others.

My classes are suitable for all levels (from 14 years old) and are personalized according to the individual needs of each student. I give my shopping in French, English, Italian and Hungarian.

The program consists of

- Pose the voice: you learn the vocal technique with the use of deep breathing with the diaphragm and the toric breaking and to emit the full, round and vibrating sounds, without vacillation or trembling, with ease without forcing the volume of the voice.

- Repertoire: the range of the lyric repertoire is very wide. You have to find the right personal piece for everyone at the base of their voice, preferences and musical taste.

- Emotions: with music one can express a very wide range of emotions. To be able to express emotions that you want, you have to know and understand them. With the help of specific excercises we can learn how to memorize positive emotions and how to overcome negative emotions such as stalking.

- Solfége: for beginners I also propose the course of the solfége base (the musical writing, the rhythm and the musical theory) on request, which can be part of the singing course.

The course can take place at addresses in Geneva or at the student's home in Geneva.

I am a Clarinet, Saxophone and Vocal coach from Zimbabwe with over a decade of teaching and performance experience from leading a successful solo career and working as a music teacher. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz singing from Haute Ecole de Musique (HEMU) Lausanne where I am currently studying a Masters in Jazz Pedagogy. I have also studied music in Dublin Ireland, where I acquired a Higher Certificate in Jazz and Contemporary Music from Newpark Music Centre's Berklee Track program which is facilitated by Berklee College of Music in Boston. I was the 2024 laureat of the Foundation Casino Barrier Award for talent and creativity and a 2018 winner of the Zimbabwean National Arts Council's National Arts Merit Award (NAMA). I started singing at the age of 14 at the Geneva Conservatory of Music.
In June 2024, I obtained my Master's degree in Pedagogy at the Geneva University of Music, and am currently studying for a Master's degree in Concert Singing at the Geneva University of Music.

I am a soloist in full career, graduated with a Bachelor and a Master of Soloist in Lyric Singing from the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne. I have 24 years of singing lessons behind me and a rich stage experience. I lead my solo career on the stages of many countries (England, Milan, Paris, Bordeaux, Geneva, Lausanne, Brazil, Belgium...). Although already having significant experience in vocal teaching, I am, in parallel with my career, pursuing a 2nd Master in Vocal Teaching at the Haute École de Musique de Genève, in an effort to further perfect my approach to singing teaching.

Before specializing in opera singing, I performed for more than 12 years in the pop/variety genre.

I will help you discover your voice, whether you are a beginner or experienced, on a technical, musical and aesthetic level.

I can also help you learn your musical part if you are a member of a choir.

We'll discuss your goals and work with a methodology that works for you. A tailor-made path to help you progress as you wish.

Classes are generally structured around a warm-up and technique section (body awakening, exercises, vocalizations), then we work on the piece(s) you want to sing. And finally, we take a few minutes to debrief on the class and discuss what's next.
