About Me

Because everyone, even the most intelligent and brightest, needs help at times, I want to offer my experiences and advice whenever possible.

My successes in academics and extracurricular activities in secondary school attracted like minded peers who asked "what did you do to perform well? ". In all honesty answering this with a simple response is not possible since each student is unique in terms of what approach they take to studying and undertaking anything. One of my strongest abilities is to assess a student and give personalised advice and tips where the result is the best solution that aids them achieve their goals. Now, as an undergraduate student at the University of Sheffield , I'm most passionate about the subjects of, Math, and physics. These are subjects that I deeply enjoyed studying when I was in secondary school and I am currently involved with them at a higher level. As a tutor my goal is to help untangle and make clear underlying problems that we may encounter and in addition build a connection with you, that being the student at the same time.

I am a chemist graduated from EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). I have always been fascinated by science and now I hold a doctorate in solid-state physics from the University of Geneva.

Science subjects can help you pass exams. I have been teaching these disciplines for many years during exercise sessions held at the University as well as in private lessons given as an independent.

For this reason, you will have the possibility to ask me for explanations on any subject. It is indeed useful that you can progress on the basis of what you already know. You will of course have the choice to ask me for remedial lessons to revise or discover entire chapters. I am Mavi, a physics engineer working at an aerospace company.

I am a mathematics teacher and I offer additional hours for private tutoring in scientific disciplines. These courses are primarily aimed at middle and high school students in Geneva, whether they attend private or public schools, as well as adults who have passed this level but wish to refresh their knowledge for professional purposes.
Generally, I can begin tutoring within three days of your request. I travel throughout the canton of Geneva using the TPG public transport system, and travel expenses are included in my rates. For long-term support, I can also provide exercises to complete between sessions, which I will correct at home. I am fluent in English for English-speaking students.
