These sessions incorporate breathing exercises to manage performance anxiety, increase focus, and activate a calm, present state through knowledge of the autonomic nervous system.

To further connect with your instrument, we work on free improvisation—a powerful way to tap into creativity and express emotions through music. This not only helps you feel more connected to your instrument but also deepens your overall musical experience.

Aleksandra is a passionate cellist, dedicated teacher, and certified music therapist with a rich background in both performance and holistic music education. Holding three master’s degrees—in modern and baroque cello, as well as music therapy—she blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of musical expression and well-being.

With years of experience performing and teaching, Aleksandra helps students of all levels develop their skills while building confidence in performance. Her approach is tailored to each student, incorporating elements of music therapy, improvisation, and stage presence coaching to create a well-rounded and inspiring learning experience. Whether guiding musicians in overcoming stage fright or fostering creativity through free improvisation, Aleksandra’s goal is to help every student connect deeply with their instrument and music.
