The Pilates method is a technique that respects the body, the goal of which is to bring a better understanding of your body and the control of your breathing, while improving the physical capacities and by working your deep muscles of the back and your abs, which will develop your flexibility and posture.

Yoga
A simple sequence of yoga movements with sustained breathing, it deeply tones the muscles and relaxes your body and relaxes your mind. Our yoga is accessible to all.

Yoga and Pilates post and prenatal (Private or semi private session)
Pelvic floor work and better breathing during exercise with a slow and gentle stretch adapted. A relaxation to relax at the end of the session.Pilates

For more than 20 years, Yohann has traveled the world and practices to develop his knowledge and share it. First gymnast for 15 years, life and meetings were directed to new experiences in England, France, Switzerland or India. All disciplines studied or taught, yoga, pilates, neuro linguistics, massages, reiki and meditation, you will find courses to adapt to their needs. Help to become aware of their body, their energies, and to achieve a physical and mental wellbeing. And soon I will open my practice in sacred cranial therapy

Voilà plus de 20 ans que Yohann parcourt le monde et les pratiques pour développer ses connaissances et ainsi les partager. Tout d’abord gymnaste pendant 15 ans, la vie et les rencontres l’ont porté vers des expériences nouvelles, en Angleterre, en France, en Suisse ou en Inde. Toutes les disciplines étudiées ou enseignées, le yoga, le Pilates, le programme neuro linguistique, les massages, le Reiki et la méditation, Yohann les met au service de ses élèves, afin de s’adapter à leurs besoins. Sa priorité est de les aider à prendre conscience de leur corps, de leurs énergies, et d’atteindre un
bien-être et relâchement physique et mental, et bientôt je vais ouvrir mon cabinet en thérapie cranio-sacrée.
