I am open, friendly, and a strong believer that maths is everyone's friend.
Helping students understand mathematics is my passion.
Finding the best way to explain a certain topic for students is a challenge that I love.
There is no greater feeling, than to witness a student understanding something for the first time, or have a student come back after an exam and explain to me how they remembered a trick that I taught them.

Education

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University. I graduated in 2018, with Magna Cum Laude.

I hold a Scientific Baccalaureate mention Very Good.
These years have allowed me to acquire methods essential to academic success that I can transmit even to younger students, methodology being the key to success. I was also able to acquire certain skills in mathematics, history, geography, French and even in languages mainly Spanish and still have the knowledge for support in scientific subjects other than mathematics. These years have also allowed me to speak with ease in order to transmit knowledge (3 oral per week in preparation that helps).

COURSES: Regarding my way of giving lessons, this year and last year I gave lessons to more than 20 high school students and a dozen college students and therefore know well the programs mainly of terminal ES and second. I have prepared many students for the French baccalaureate and other subjects. In addition, I will be inspired by my own experiences and what has worked for me while being aware of the difference of each and therefore will also do according to the child after analyzing his strengths and weaknesses. I will go over his homework with him to improve and prepare him for future exams and follow up throughout the year. the most important thing is to follow the pupil over a long period in order to be able to develop him.

AVAILABILITY: Given that I am on an internship, I am mainly available on weekends, at any time of the day (except punctual impediment).

The courses of Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry - Organic Chemistry - Biology, Geology of the French or European French or English programs (Secondary or university levels) are given by explanations either in depth or by a rapid course and summary of essential need according to the case of each student supported by exercises from the book or by evaluations and exams from other high schools.
My experience is too long and for years, I have learned methods for each case and for each student to fill their gaps with the best results of Excellent, Very Good, and Good as mentioned by my students.
I can also help students to better prepare for courses and support them to better prepare for the duties of CNED in science subjects.

Hello everyone,

I am currently a French master student at DTU as part of a double-degree programme with my university in France. I am looking for motivated children/teenagers/students needed to be supported with their school duties or simply wanted to progress in various topics. I can provide short-term as well as long-term support. I am especially teaching scientific fields but I can adapt to whatever you need (if I am able to), I am really flexible. Hello there!

My name is Asmae, I am 29 years old and I am a private teacher since 2012. I lived in different countries to pursue my studies. I did my Bachelor's in Advanced Maths and Physics and my Master's in Petroleum Geosciences in France. Then, I moved to Switzerland to do my Ph.D. in Geomechanics and Geothermics for 5 years. Student at ESCP after 3 years of preparatory class at the Lycée Henri IV in Paris (in B/L stream, ie Letters and Social Sciences), I offer private online lessons in Mathematics at all levels, from middle school to higher education. I myself have progressed enormously in CPGE in mathematics, until obtaining an average of 17 at the end of CPGE, as well as in my competitions. - I start the lesson by asking the student questions to identify his main difficulties and I answer any questions he may have.

- I then suggest several standard exercises to him to then make a method sheet and identify precisely what are the steps to follow when faced with this or that type of exercise.

- Finally, I offer him more complex exercises so that he learns to cultivate his intuition in the face of a mathematical exercise.

Of course, this is only a typical process, I adapt to the needs and wishes of the student, a course is above all a dialogue. The main thing is that the student feels as comfortable as possible to ask all the questions that come to him and gain confidence!
