My name is Lancelot. I’m a native French speaker from Paris, currently studying architecture after completing a degree in international economics. I’ve always had a passion for languages, culture, and sharing knowledge.
I lived in Edmonton, Alberta for a year as part of an exchange program, and I’m fluent in both French and English. I'm enthusiastic, curious, and open-minded, and I enjoy creating connections through language and culture. Teaching French is a way for me to share not only the language, but also the richness of French daily life, expressions, and traditions.
I offer a variety of French language sessions tailored to different needs, levels, and interests. These include:
Academic Support: Help with school homework, grammar explanations, reading comprehension, and preparation for French-language exams or assessments.
Test & Exam Review: Focused revision sessions to prepare for specific tests, including oral practice, writing skills, and targeted grammar exercises.
Cultural Discovery: Sessions that go beyond the language to explore French culture—through music, film, food, history, and everyday life in France.
Conversation Workshops: Casual, friendly opportunities to improve spoken French through guided conversation, games, and roleplay, adapted to each level.
Interactive Activities in French: Thematic workshops and animations (games, storytelling, creative activities) conducted entirely in French to make language learning fun and immersive—ideal for children or groups.
Whether you are a beginner, a student needing support, or simply curious about French language and culture, I’m happy to adapt each session to your goals and interests. Sessions can be individual or in groups, online or in person depending on location and availability.

I will be staying in Calgary from the end of August until the end of September, and I’m available during that time to offer intensive French classes.

I'm a native French speaker from Paris, fluent in English, with a background in international economics and currently studying architecture. I spent a year living in Edmonton as part of an exchange program, which deepened my interest in cultural exchange and connection. Curious, adaptable, and creative, I enjoy sharing ideas and experiences across languages, disciplines, and cultures.

I began my academic journey with a degree in international economics and management at the Catholic University of Lille, where I also specialized in art and creativity through theater, photography, and fine arts. During that time, I had the opportunity to take part in an exchange program in Edmonton, Canada, where I studied the business of cultural and creative industries at MacEwan University.
After completing my bachelor’s degree, I decided to pursue my passion for design and enrolled in architecture school in Paris. I’m currently studying at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette, where I’m deepening my knowledge of architectural design, space, and built environments.
This academic path reflects both my analytical and creative sides, and has shaped the open, curious, and interdisciplinary approach I bring to every project.

I’ve also taken part in volunteer projects, like leading activities for food bank fundraising or helping build a school in Ecuador.
I’ve had the chance to explore different cultures through many internships (Iceland, Lyon, Paris etc) and an academic exchange in Edmonton, where I studied cultural and creative industries. I speak fluent English, and I enjoy using language not just as a tool, but as a bridge between people and cultures.
