My approach

In science, of course, there is know-how. From experience, the most important is to (re) build a solid foundation, starting by filling in the 'gaps' which no student spares! Then, we can gradually attack the method in order to gain height and calmly approach any exercise, instead of wading in circles in its calculations. Finally: rigor, writing, perfectionism. All of this will be our work together. But, in my eyes, the main thing is the way: it is about doing it with pleasure, in a fun way. My explanations are often simple, visual, taking often bizarre examples to get out of school and better retain. From pain to excellence: it's possible in just one year!

My pedagogy is based on many inspirations: coaching, positive psychology, maieutics, bottom-up, reverse pedagogy, gamification, etc. In short: each session is unique, and you nourish it as much as I do. For examples, they will come from your areas of interest, or from my experiences: engineering, medicine, neurosciences, computer science, economics, entrepreneurship, sport, games, dance ... Each month, the invoice is accompanied by a follow-up report in which I detail our work, session by session. I remain available between lessons for the student (emergency or question) and the parents (often worried!). I really know the personality and issues of each of my students, from their passions to their relationship with fraction bars.

Covid-19 period ...

During confinement, I continued to monitor my students in video with professional equipment (Surface Pro + stylus, Rode microphone, Skype, Discord, shared whiteboard, etc.). Some even preferred this format, the best of which I have saved for the future at your home! Video will however remain reserved for exceptional situations, due to my SAP approval. I adapt of course to your health choices, with at least distanced greetings and hydro-alcoholic hands.
