It always depends on the students, the level they have and what they want to learn. Some people are better speaking while others have great listening skills or a wide grammar knowledge. I divide the class into parts in order to do speaking, listening, reading and grammar, giving more emphasis on those that are more difficult for them and trying to make improvements in those parts where they have more ability.
