- you are curious about your energetic body and how your mind, body & soul work together
My approach is a very holistic one. We'll look at your current situation and discuss what you would like to change in your mental, physical or emotional state. Depending on your needs, we will be using different tools such as yin/restorative yoga - hatha, vinyasa & asthanga inspired yoga - meditation - pranayama/breathwork - human design (energetics) - yoga therapy - yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
