Over the past ten years, I have combined knowledge from neuroscience, evolutionary biology, and psychology with a long-term practice of meditation to solve my childhood trauma on my own. I have spent over 1500 hours in formal practice, several hundred of them in isolated retreats.
I will help you develop an understanding of your own mind that will lead you to identify and drop sources of unhappiness and get closer to your best version. Hopefully, one day you would not need me as your teacher.
