I’m trained as professional ballet dancer and studied ballet in Bellarussian Ballet Colledge and at the university got master degree in dance teaching. Danced in Bolshoi theater of Belarus and Estonian National Theater. Also teaching ballet for 5 years and making contemporary choreography.
I’m very happy to share my knowledge and the love for dance.

I offer courses adapted to all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced student.

Every student is unique, and I make sure to understand your specific needs and goals to best guide you. I do everything I can to help my students progress at their own pace, build their confidence, and help them move forward through exercises tailored to them and their goals, regardless of their level.

The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Coordination, agility, resistance, stability, flexibility and proprioception will be objectives within reach during classes!

El barre es una disciplina dentro del pilates que se fusiona con el ballet.
Se trabaja de forma aeróbica varios ejercicios de resistencia usando de soporte una barra.
Con el barre podrás corregir tu postura corporal. Tonificarás la musculatura además de ganar agilidad y flexibilidad.

Hi, I will teach you some ballet technique classes as a gentle yet technical method to work on body mobility and coordination so you can prepare your body to your dance class or your other physical activities.
Performed through conscious breathing at a gentle rhythm, your body will gain coordination, flexibility and a new ease of moving. It will feel strengthening and relaxing at the same time.
Classes may be delivered in English or French, or both, if you would like to take the opportunity to combine it with a language practice.
