We always start the class with a warm-up in which global exercises (organic conditioning and joint mobility) are combined with elongation and stretching exercises. Subsequently, the work of specific techniques (individual and joint) of the discipline is integrated with physical preparation to enhance them. Finally, exercises are carried out to calm down before the end of the class.
