I have fourteen years of teaching experience, both online and abroad, including three years in Thailand and eight years in China. I’ve primarily taught Grades 6–12, and I currently teach online, working with learners from beginner to advanced levels. My lessons include general English as well as exam preparation for IELTS, GCSE, IB English, SATs, and more.

Over the years, I’ve learned that effective teaching requires a holistic approach. Students are more receptive when there is a healthy balance between a positive teacher–student relationship and clear, consistent discipline. I like to use different methods to teach French to students. It can be through songs, drama, role play or videos. I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years. Because I have learned French myself (and I am still learning other languages), I can easily put myself in a student's shoes. I can teach in French, Dutch, English, German and Russian.

Hello students!

Are you ready to learn English? Then let's get started! The classes will combine entertainment and hard work. We talk in English from the very first lesson and tailor our lessons to suit your needs. All levels and ages, both online and in person!

Our lessons are adapted to your needs. We can focus on basic grammar and vocabulary, or start from scratch. On the other hand, we can also work together to prepare for official exams and deal with more complicated situations. Improving business English is also a possibility, as I have previous experience in that area.

During our lessons we will mainly use online resources, personalized activities and powerpoint. You will get some homework every lesson, so that you can further internalize what we have seen in class. The lessons can last 1 to 2 hours, depending on personal preference and availability. They are held once or twice a week.

I graduated in English Studies, where we studied General English, Morphology, Culture and Literature. In addition, I also have a Master's degree in Language Teaching, which gave me all the tools necessary to teach. I am currently studying a PhD in English Literature at the University of Lleida.
