I currently play around the ~1500 level on Chess.com and have made rapid progress through consistent training, structured study, and game analysis. I teach based on what has truly worked for me, focusing on clear plans and simple systems such as the London System and the King’s Indian Defense, so students can play confidently without memorizing tons of theory.
My teaching style is friendly, patient, and motivating. I work especially well with students who want to improve steadily, cut down on common mistakes, and gain real confidence at the board. Lessons are personalized so each student feels supported and challenged at the right level.
