Hola !!! Hey everyone! My name is Jay. I teach English to Spanish speakers and Math to kids!

I am a passionate tutor and can make your lessons very fun and engaging.
My classroom environment is very relaxed and I ensure that all students feel comfortable and engaged throughout the lesson. I enjoy teaching and believe that is all starts with you - your goals and lesson needs.
I have been teaching for the past 6 years and I have 15 years background in administration. I have a degree in Psychology and Criminology.
I am experienced both with teaching children and adults for business, leisure or examination preparation. I have prepared students for 11+ and SAT examinations, B2 and C1 Cambridge exams and successfully coach students through interview preparation to land their first job, making them feel confident during the process.
For the younger students, we practise speaking, reading, handwriting and maths. My adult students get the opportunity of free conversation based on a topic of their choice, with minimal error correction or business focused lessons based on their career field.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I have been giving private mathematics lessons daily for over ten years.
