My plan is to work with my students for 5-10 hours to help them overcome the lack of confidence and improve their abilities.

Courses for all levels, basic steps and figures are also suitable and the degree of difficulty increases according to the progress made.

What I want to convey and teach in my classes is technique, musicality and style, but what I want most is that you have fun.

This course is intended for people wishing to practice oriental dance in the context of a private group.

Oriental dance is a dance of Egyptian origin, which includes many styles. Originally, it was a spontaneous and improvised dance, but today it is taught academically all over the world.

It is traditionally practiced by women, who express by this art their femininity, their vitality, but also their feelings, joys and sorrows. In general, this dance is characterized by the dissociation of the parts of the body (isolations) that can move independently of one another. Oriental dance is as good with jerky rhythms as slow and fluid.

Bellydance is not limited to movements of the pelvis: it solicits flexibility and tonicity of the bust, shoulders, arms, hands, pelvis and belly. It helps tone the thighs, relax the joints, develop the abdominals and maintain the back. Most of the work resides in the muscular contraction, this dance can be practiced at any age, in the respect of the limits of each dancer or dancer.

The course begins with a joint and muscle warm-up, followed by technical work. The basic movements are then integrated into sequences that allow you to move in space and experience the pleasure of dancing, before ending with a session of relaxation.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

Belly dancing is a wonderful feminine dance. It shows the beauty of a woman's body, whatever its shape. As soon as she starts dancing, she shows her harmony, sensuality and sweetness. Each centimeter of the body plays a note: the arms are divided into three parts, the chest, the stomach, the thighs, the legs and the head too! Even the neck and fingers. . .on music and tabla.
To master the dense oriental, three things to learn and work on:
1_ techniques (hip-drop, arm movements, belly undulations, shimmy...)
2_the fluidity of the body (we can acquire it with exercises and repetitions)
3_the harmony of the sequences of movements constituting the choreography.

I have been passionate about Belly Dance since the age of 5, and now I share this passion with my students. I received certification from Melissa's Belly Dance Teacher Training in London. Currently, I conduct weekly classes for beginners in Brussels. If you are interested in a private class, whether in-studio or online, feel free to contact me for more details. For beginners, I give lessons to feel comfortable at family parties, weddings, henna parties, or to dance for pleasure in rhythm.
For advanced and professional dancers, I offer advanced training courses, create custom choreographies adapted for you to perform at competitions, open stages, public or private events (parties, corporate galas, etc.).
The Tribal Fusion class is a blend of belly dance with flamenco, Indian dance, and hip hop. It's best suited for those with a background in belly dance or other urban or Indian dance styles.
