Master Graduate teaches Online Flute and music theory lessons from 0 or reinforcement

Hello everybody! I'm Maria, a graduate in flute performance at master's level. Besides loving to play my instrument, I have a passion for teaching music and flute. I have had experience with children who were starting studying music and flute, including those preparing for their entrance exam to an academy! I have also worked with more advanced students, deepening the improvement of their base and technique in playing the instrument to perfect it always with a very positive working environment!
If you want to start learning to play this instrument, I can be of great help to make your first steps easy and fun! We can learn how to read notes and rythms also, and create a good playing technique with exercises to practice not only in class but also at home.
If you are already a flute student and would like to receive extra support for your lessons at school, I will be happy to work with you to get the most out of the instrument and your musical skills. I love to deepen the student's technique to teach them to work in the most efficient way possible, providing individual study techniques for practicing alone. I could also be of practical help to students preparing for a bachelor's entrance exam by working together on the pieces they are going to play and getting the most out of them.

I am María, 24 years old flute student from Spain who lives in Gent.
I started my classical music and flute studies when I was 8 years old, until it became my career with 18! I did my bachelor in flute performance in Córdoba (Spain), and then I came to Gent to do a master at 'KASK & Conservatorium'.
For several years now, my passion for teaching music and flute has been growing. As music has not been an easy path for me when I was young, I love to be able to help other young people to feel music as something pleasurable and to give them support and patience to work on the difficulties that they may have, just as I have had them in my time.
My experience with students has been great! Seeing how we can enjoy the classes and also get results is very satisfying. I have worked with young people who were starting to study music from 0 to access an academy, and in three months of classes we have reached very high levels. As well as technically or theoretically, in the expression of music too, something that I value very much to work on in the classes: the interpretation of music, developing one's own personality and being able to express oneself through it.
Would you simply like to learn some basic musical knowledge and also how to play the flute in order to be able to play your favourite pieces? We can do that too, of course! The lessons will be very practical and fun.

I have been working in 'Après School' International Art Club (Sotogrande, Spain) giving workshops to children from 3-13 years old. In the other hand I was a private flute and solfège teacher to children (8-10 years old) who were starting at the music school or wanted to get into it, but also to youth flute students (12-15 years old) who needed extra help from their weekly flute or solfège lesson in the school.
Appart from the teaching experience, I am a current member of few ensembles and orchestras in Spain and Belgium, playing the flute and the piccolo: 'Frascati' Symphonic Orchestra, Gent University Symphonic Orchestra, 'Wonderflute' Flute Quartet or Córdoba Symphonic Windband.
