My goal is to expose young learners to the English language, increase their vocabulary and develop knowledge of phonics to prepare them for starting an english speaking school.

I recommend only 30 min lessons for 3-4 year olds.

My name is Lynsey, I am a 35 years old native English speaker from the UK.
I am a well-traveled teacher who has gained valuable experience working in international schools to gain in-depth knowledge of the British, IB and IPC curriculums as well as Montessori and Reggio Emelia teaching methods.
I enjoy delivering creative, engaging and fun lessons to suit young learners and develop a love for English.

I am a qualified languages teacher and taught in high schools in the UK , in language learning centres and privately for over 12 years. I have a degree in English and French languages, and a certificate from Instituto Cervantes confirming my knowledge of Spanish being at the level C1 of CEFRL.
I also worked as a professional interpreter of English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese and Armenian languages, interpreting for the Police, Courts, NHS, Social Services, etc.
I teach for all purposes at all levels and to all ages.

I know how frustrating it can be to not be able to express yourself fully when you lack control of a language. As your English tutor, I will help you overcome that barrier.
