A través de diversas técnicas de Yoga que he incorporado —como mindfulness, meditación, respiración consciente, estiramientos, fortalecimiento del core y mucho más— brindo herramientas para ayudar a cultivar la relajación, el enfoque y la calma interior.

Trabajo de manera individual con cada cliente para diseñar sesiones que se adapten a sus objetivos, necesidades y ritmo. Mi intención es siempre guiar con empatía, paciencia y respeto, acompañando a cada persona a encontrar su propio camino hacia el bienestar.
