Gymnastics is a sport practiced for leisure.
The term is also applied to forms of so-called gymnastic activities, more or less linked to the health or physical condition of the people practicing it, such as aquagym or fitness.
There are approved in gymnastics are (the floor, the beam, the horse vault, the bars, the trampoline..)

With my medical knowledge skills I took many classes for communication, paraphrasing, active listing etc. The psychology, body knowledge and how the brain works (neurology) has all been thought to me during my medical training. I would like to put my skills out there that I have obtained together with my sports’ and nutrition qualification to help other people acheive their goals and their potential. People struggling with weight, to do lists, procrastination, bringing an idea out there or developing their business plan can contact me. I will be doing extra certifications in order to obtain more experience on top of what I have. This is why my prices are adapted for people that want to help me get further experienced in coaching.

Tennis is a complex sport. A sport where the learning process never ends. The sport can be played up to the later stages of life and it is more fun when you know how to play the game. In these sessions I will be helping you to better understand the four key fundamentals of tennis (technical, tactical, mental, physical) and to bring these fundamentals together to improve your overall game.

I am a certified Pilates instructor and am qualified to give group lessons as well as private lessons. My passion for Pilates got ignited by my mother who is a Pilates trainer herself. I used to go to her classes and would always notice how no matter how I felt before a class, I always came out feeling better after. Consequently, after a while I decided that I'd love to be able to gift that feeling to others and that is when I enrolled for a Pilates teacher training course. I have not been able to find any studios near where I live that would take an English-speaking Pilates instructor, so I decided that offering online and in person classes as a freelancer might be a better path for me. This way I can also really give all my focus and attention to each of my students.
