Hello! I’m Hoja! I'm 25 years old. (Yeah, I look younger than my age!)
I’m a Ph.D. student in Botany at the Chinese Academy of Sciences—blending academic rigor with a passion for joyful, engaging learning! With 3 years of professional Chinese teaching experience and 7 years of magic expertise, I offer two high-quality, independent courses: Chinese language lessons and magic training. You can choose either (or both!) based on your child’s interests.
My background adds unique depth to my teaching: I’ve worked as a resident magician in bars, performed over 500 shows at various events, and hosted my own magic workshops. I’ve also traveled extensively—road-tripping across Western U.S. and exploring many European countries—building connections with people worldwide. This global perspective enriches my classes, making learning more diverse and relatable. I’m outgoing, fun-loving, and thrive on turning lessons into exciting adventures!

I’ve prepared level-based Chinese materials (from beginner to advanced) to match your child’s current ability. Whether they’re starting from zero or looking to refine conversational skills, reading, or writing, the content is fully customized to their needs.

With 7 years of magic experience, I share not just tricks, but the logic and practice behind them. Classes emphasize fun, patience, and stage presence—helping kids feel proud as they master each new skill and even perform for friends and family.
