Se nos enseña a ser expertos en las "hard skills" o habilidades duras, como programación, matemáticas o ingeniería, pero muchas veces carecemos de comprensión sobre las "soft skills" o habilidades blandas. Estas últimas son las que realmente definen cómo aplicamos nuestras habilidades técnicas y, por ende, son cruciales en nuestro camino hacia el éxito. Por esta razón, considero esencial comenzar a desarrollar estas habilidades desde una edad temprana.

La gestión emocional, la formación de hábitos positivos, la comunicación efectiva y la capacidad para hablar en público son solo algunas de las competencias clave que debemos cultivar desde la infancia. Este enfoque integral nos prepara no solo para sobresalir en nuestras carreras, sino también para prosperar en nuestras vidas personales y relaciones interpersonales.

Estas habilidades son altamente valoradas por las empresas en la actualidad, ya que un individuo que posee un sólido conjunto de soft skills puede adaptarse y aprender nuevas habilidades técnicas con facilidad. La capacidad para gestionar emociones, comunicarse eficazmente, trabajar en equipo y desarrollar hábitos positivos marca una gran diferencia en el desempeño laboral y en la capacidad de un individuo para contribuir al éxito de la empresa.

Además, el haber cultivado estas habilidades desde una edad temprana puede ser un indicador de la capacidad de una persona para adaptarse, crecer y aprender a lo largo de su vida. Esto es particularmente valioso en un mundo laboral en constante cambio, donde la capacidad de aprender y adaptarse rápidamente es fundamental para el éxito a largo plazo.

من أنا؟

Soy graduado en magisterio (Mención en Ingles) y estoy dispuesto a dar clases de euskera, matemáticas, lengua castellana, ciencias sociales, ciencias ambientales, ingles, música... a alumnos que se encuentren en primaria. Mi trabajo no se basaría solamente en realizar los ejercicios y trabajos que el alumno lleve a casa. Considero que para el correcto desarrollo del alumno es imprescindible entender el porqué de las cosas y no limitarse únicamente a realizar los ejercicios. También me gusta enfocar en enseñar y trasmitir al alumno la importancia de adquirir bueno hábitos y valores que será de gran ayuda tanto para su desarrollo académico como personal.
Además, he estudiado varios años música y considero que puedo ser de gran ayuda en esta materia.
Actualmente estoy estudiando un Master de Inteligencia Emocional e Intervención emociones y en salud.
