Since childhood, I have been passionate about music, singing, and dancing along to performances on television. My musical journey began in 2001 when I started training as a pianist. In 2017, I was awarded a full scholarship to study for a Diploma in Music at SEGi College Subang Jaya, Malaysia, where I expanded my skills in classical singing and violin. I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Studies with First Class Honours from the Royal Irish Academy of Music, accredited by Trinity College Dublin, followed by a Master’s degree in Opera and Music Performance from the Conservatorium Maastricht, graduating with cum laude.

With 17 years of teaching experience, I have guided students of all levels—from beginners to aspiring professionals. Some of my students have been accepted into prestigious music colleges with full scholarships, while others have passed their piano and singing exams with distinction. I understand that not every student enjoys music lessons at first, and I take the time to communicate with both students and parents to find the best approach for each individual. My goal is to create a positive, engaging learning environment where students not only improve their musical skills but also develop confidence, creativity, and a love for music.

Beyond teaching and performing, I am a strong believer in overall well-being—I'm a yoga and Pilates enthusiast, a lover of good food, and an avid traveler. These experiences shape my teaching philosophy, helping me bring energy, discipline, and creativity into my lessons. Since I was a child I have always loved to sing and dance in front of the television. I started to train as a pianist in the year 2001. I was awarded a full scholarship to study the Diploma in Music course at the SEGi College Subang Jaya Malaysia in the year 2017, it was in the music college that I also started to pick up classical singing and violin.

I love to see my students enjoy learning music with me, especially when I notice their improvement and achievement. I love to communicate with my students to find ways to help them learn the instruments. I also love the creativity that the children have within them. I believe that a good music teacher could make children feel comfortable and happy coming to the music lessons, and they could tell their stories to the teacher through the music they play, and I love to be that teacher!

I graduated from the Conservatorium Maastricht with honors with Masters in Opera and Music Performance. Besides making music and teaching, I am a yoga and pilates fan. In addition, I love good food and enjoy traveling.

During my thirteen years of teaching, I had students who were accepted into prestigious music colleges with full scholarships; I had students who passed their piano and singing exams with distinction; and of course, I also had students who hate playing the piano and being forced to come to music lessons by their parents. In that case, I would talk to their parents and would find the best solution for the children.

Bonjour !

Je suis un pianiste diplômé du conservatoire royal de Bruxelles et je propose des cours individuels de piano de tous les styles et pour tous les niveaux à Hermée.

Les cours sont divisés en deux parties : une première partie d'exercices techniques afin de travailler en profondeur la technique pianistique en elle-même et une deuxième partie pendant laquelle nous abordons des morceaux variés de votre choix. Pour les personnes n'ayant pas d'idées précises, je peux bien évidemment conseiller du répertoire et fournir des partitions.

Les cours peuvent être envisagés sans la pratique du solfège en parallèle.

Hello everyone !

I am a teacher and singer graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and I offer individual singing lessons of all styles and for all levels in Herstal (Hermée-Oupeye)

The lessons are divided into two parts: 30 minutes of vocalizations to work on vocal technique (breath, posture, etc.) according to the level of each person and 30 minutes to work on songs and pieces that you like and that you choose (for people having no ideas, I can obviously guide on songs corresponding to the work to be done at each house).

The technique I teach is based on bodily relaxation and vocal flexibility. Breathing and posture are the basis for a natural and liberated song!

My course is aimed at amateur and professional pianists wishing to deepen their technique in terms of improvisation, understanding of harmony and accompaniment; I also offer "coaching" sessions in the context of assistance with creation (composition, interpretation etc.), I insist on the fact that it is not essential to have an in-depth knowledge of music theory!
As long as the motivation and desire are there, the rest will follow!

Are you looking for a teacher to take clarinet lessons? You can contact me for this. I teach all ages, children, young people and adults. The lesson is completely tailored to the student, and is mainly practically oriented.

I already have experience in teaching clarinet.
Nut leather is - if necessary - integrated during the clarinet lesson.

With younger children who are not (yet) following music theory, I work with the ukulila method, among other things. We work playfully and creatively here.

If you already have a clarinet, you can bring it with you for the first lesson.
If you don't have a clarinet yet, we will look together for a suitable clarinet to play on.
Never buy an instrument without a teacher.

Hello! I’m Eleni, a singer from Greece with nearly seven years of experience teaching music. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or more experienced wanting to refine your skills, all lessons are tailored to each student's needs and goals, with the aim of building confidence and authenticity in their singing and/or develop a strong foundation on musical knowledge.

For the singing lessons, we'll be covering breathing and vocal technique, interpretation along with expression and, depending on your goals, the approach we will have can be either focued on singing or holistic; including music theory, rhythmic skills and basic piano skills.

1° Apprentissage du piano:

Ma méthodologie est adaptée selon l’élève et ses objectifs musicaux.

De par mon expérience et mes années d'études à l'académie de musique, j'aime travailler avec des manuels de piano tout en proposant, en parallèle, des outils techniques et personnels qui permettront à l’élève d’évoluer. Selon moi, quel que soit l'objectif, il est important d'acquérir une base technique afin d'avoir une certaine aisance de lecture musicale (différenciation des articulations: legato/staccato, souplesse et fluidité du mouvement du poignet lors de la pratique d'une gamme, compréhension des nuances indiquées sur une partition : piano/mezzo forte/forte). Tous ces aspects enrichiront la manière de jouer une pièce musicale, peu importe son genre ou son époque.

L’objectif du cours est d'apprendre tout en s'amusant et surtout, sans stress !

2° Apprentissage du solfège (formation musicale):

Ma méthodologie est également adaptée selon l'élève et ses objectifs musicaux.

Etant professeure de formation musicale depuis l'an passé, mon but est de permettre à l'élève d'évoluer à son rythme afin qu'il soit progressivement autonome.

Le cours s'articule autour de différents paramètres tels que :

1) L' audition : écouter une série de notes ou de rythmes et être capable de les retranscrire, de les écrire. Comprendre et visualiser le mouvement général d'un son (est-ce que mon oreille perçoit que le son monte, descend ou reste le même?). Percevoir la différence entre un accord Majeur ou mineur (quels sont mes ressentis?).

2) La lecture de rythmes et de notes : savoir reconnaitre les rythmes en les disant, en les frappant et surtout, en les ressentant. Savoir reconnaitre les notes et donc, leur emplacement sur la portée en les lisant.

3) La théorie musicale: comprendre un rythme de manière théorique (ses composantes), la formation d'une gamme avec ses tons et demi-tons, les intervalles (l'espace qu'il y a entre deux notes), les modes (Majeur et mineur), les accords, etc.

4) L'aspect sensoriel : ressentir un rythme en le vivant, en l'expérimentant au sein d'une chanson, en marchant ou en frappant la pulsation.

5) Le chant / les lectures chantées : être capable de reproduire un échauffement vocal (en partant ensuite de différentes notes). Entendre que la note chantée est identique à celle qui est donnée au piano ou transmise vocalement. Développer la formation de l'oreille par le chant. Savoir chanter une lecture comprenant les notes et les rythmes travaillés.

L'objectif du cours est d'apprendre et d'évoluer sans aucun stress en travaillant un maximum de paramètres ! La convivialité et la bienveillance sont deux qualités auxquelles je porte le plus d'attention.

Les cours de piano et de solfège ont une durée d'une heure. Cela permet de varier les activités (ou les pièces pour l'instrument).

As a professional violinist trained at the Frédéric Chopin College in Moscow, I was fortunate to also receive piano instruction there from exceptional teachers who passed on to me their passion for music and pedagogy.
