this guided experience is inspired by tribal essence which embodies community, radical self-expression & animalistic movement.
we will shapeshyft through elements of yoga, martial arts, tribal movement & serpentine belly dance.
this practice helps heal the sacral chakra - where our sexual energy & creative forces live. when the Creatrix life force channel is open and flowing: we are glowing, inspired, energized, and fearless.

Hello, Hola and welcome, bienvenida!
I'm a shapeshyfting fire dancer, energy healer and lifelong student of holistic healing.
My spiritual & ancestral connection began from a place of needing to heal my body. Yoga changed my life and opened many doors for me to dive into personal self healing through the body. My practice began 5 years ago at a hot yoga studio in California and since then I've learned from yogis, dancers, healers and artists around the world in Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Europe and South/Central America. My eclectic background of experience and knowledge of Eastern healing practices & philosophy gives me the tools and confidence to offer a unique and individualized practice to match your personal intentions.

Dancing is a freeing, explorative art form and movement release. Our bodies are capable of holding traumas which can lead to further physical pain and imbalances. Intuitive movement is deeply healing to release any blockages, and negative energies and find confidence with this amazing vessel of yours.
We will begin with a warm up and practice a fusion of dance moves and exercises to activate a free-flowing connection to your body. You will be in a safe, judgment-free space to explore and enjoy your magnificent temple of yours!
