As an experienced personal trainer and dance teacher I can help you strengthen your body and improve your physical performance. By combining the principles of pilates, I can make your workout fun and effective.
Ballet is a great form of dance that improves posture,flexibility, coordination and overall body strength. Throughout the class, dancers are introduced to fundamental ballet steps and movements performed to classical music, in order to understand ballet technique and vocabulary. During the class, we learn exercises both at the barre and in the center, designed to develop balance, alignment, and control. Through training, participants learn to connect with their bodies, express theimselves and discover the elegance of ballet.
Contemporary (modern) dance is based on the principles of fluidity, gravity, and the natural use of breath . The participants have freedom to find their own movement identity, connect with their emotion while doing combinations travelling through the floor that develop their technique, strength and flexibility

Présentation
I'm a certified dancer and dance teacher from Greece. The last years I'm teaching ballet and contemporary classes as well as barre a terre and fitness classes in person and online. My classes are for all ages and levels and it's not necessary to have previous experience.
Education
Studied at the Greek National School of Dance (KSOT) (dancer, dance teacher)
Studied law in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
Training in gymnastics for 10 years
Expérience / Qualifications
I have been teaching ballet and contemporary dance at dance schools (Mitsi Laoudi dance school, Gianna Helioti dance school etc) and personal fitness classes (mat with props) the last 3 years. I have worked in the dance field with many well known choreographers and I have also choreographed my own pieces.
