You can choose the style of your class:
- Traditional yoga
- Anti-stress yoga
- Yoga for trauma
- Yoga and endometriosis
Then choose the duration:
- 1h
- 1h30
We begin the session with mediation, to anchor and bring awareness to the present moment; then we continue with breathing exercises, to calm the body and mind. Then we do the physical exercises of yoga, the benefits of which vary according to the specialty chosen, and we finish with guided relaxation to give the body time to understand and assimilate the benefits of the practice.
