Hello, my name is Lucio, I am composer who is also passionate about teaching.

I hold a Bachelor in Jazz Guitar from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, and a Master in Composition from the University of Huddersfield. At the moment I am busy undertaking my PhD in Composition at the University of Huddersfield, which I am attending remotely from Berlin.

My lessons cover a wide range of topics and aim to develop a personalized learning path according to the needs and the creative desire of each student.

I am an experienced and passionate teacher who loves to share his time with passionate students. I like to have an informal but highly personalized teaching approach which aims to support the creative desire and the passion of the students, providing them the technical and theoretical tools to develop these.

I am an Italian guitarist and composer who recently moved to Berlin. I hold a Bachelor in Jazz guitar from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, where I also had the chance to delve into music pedagogy, music theory, classical guitar and composition. My gradually increasing passion for classical and contemporary composition led me to undertake a Composition Master at the University of Huddersfield in the UK, where I studied with Aaron Cassidy and Bryn Harrison who are composers that I deeply admire.

My German is still in an embrional state, so at the moment I am not able to give lessons in German, but my hope is that this will change soon.

The guitar is undoubtedly one of the most popular instruments of the modern age. It is so versatile and used in many genres ranging from classical music to Death Metal and even Electronic Music.

I will teach you the basics of playing the guitar, and I'll spice it up later with my experience in composition and songwriting. In 2020 I finished my master's in Music Therapy in Germany. The course curriculum varies from one student to another depending on his level of education on the instrument.
