I provide private and/or Skype cello lessons for students of all ages and levels in the Berlin, Germany area. I teach in English, Spanish, Portuguese and a bit of German.

I teach primarily the classical style of cello playing, but with these basic tools students can learn to play any style of music they wish on the cello.

Hi 👋🏽 I'm a Brazilian cellist with over 20 years' professional experience, trained in classical music but open to all styles of music and improvisation.
Jazz, pop, rock, Brazilian music...

Education

I studied at the Santa Marcelina college in São Paulo-Brazil with Professor Fábio Presgrave, at Esmae in the city of Porto in Portugal with Professor Jed Barahal and in San Sebastian in Spain at the Musikene music school, jazz for strings and chamber music.

Expérience / Qualifications

I have worked as a cello teacher, theory teacher, first cellist and session cellist in orchestras, chamber music, bands and/or groups in many countries, such as Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mozambique, South Africa, Belgium, Poland and Germany.

I have a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in cello performance as well as over 15 years of teaching experience.
I also offer regular group classes for adults, deep diving into specific topics of cello technique or different repertoire.
