I specialise in teaching music theory for beginners, using the ABRSM exam board specification/workbooks. My goal is to guide students through the ABRSM workbooks for music theory so that they can feel confident and understand the material fully. I will assign work pages to be completed before the next session (the word 'homwork' often gets a negative reaction!), and include small tests at the end of chapters in the book to test that you're really grasping the information! It is always the right time to start learning music theory, and therefore I am willing to teach beginners aged 7 to 207!
