We have our own well of images inside us which can be re-activated. But how? I’m a drawing teacher and artist living in Paris. Since 6 years, I provide drawing class to many publics, from school to urban sketching sessions. Since two years, I also give online drawing class for all public. I have an IPad, so I can share my screen to guide my student by drawing directly on it and show them some drawing technics as if we were on the same spot. Learning drawing is half about learning basics technics, like perspective, contrasts and human form, and half about trusting your own vision, by observation work or imagination exercices. Basic fundamentals of drawing all starts with shapes and shadows. Breaking down images into shapes and basic gestures will aid in the final product looking clean. You will learn how to break down images (ie; people, animals, buildings, etc) into basic shapes, and managable chunks.
