After training in Ballet & Contemporary at Rambert School, I danced professionally for over a decade with companies such as Richard Alston Dance Company, National Dance Company Wales and Michael Clark Company. I can teach and coach on a range of contemporary dance styles, choreography and performance and audition skills. We will improve strength & flexibility, improve coordination and develop technique. I primarily danced with Cunningham technique but have good experience of other techniques such as Graham, release and Gaga. As a qualified physiotherapist, I can also teach about the anatomy of a dancer and how to look after the body and overcome injury. I look forward to supporting younger students to enjoy dance whilst also developing their technique, musicality and dance proficiency.
