My name is Ségolène (26 years old). I have a double degree from KULeuven with a Master of Business Administration (NL/EN) as well as the agrégation (Educatieve Master). I worked for 2 years in insurance and currently work at Odoo.

My mother tongue is French, but from a very young age, I was educated in Dutch, which allowed me to become perfectly bilingual. I love supporting my students and seeing them progress. I offer academic support in any subject but also to help them learn how to learn, become better organized, and gain confidence.

MY EXPERIENCE :

I helped several students to pass the CE1D exam in Dutch (written, oral, listening comprehension). In addition, I also assisted students with their homework and for various subjects at secondary level (Maths, Handel (commerce), Sciences: WO, NW...).
Finally, it is also possible for younger children to learn Dutch in a fun way (language games, educational games).

During a test carried out on the CLL site to assess my level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2), I obtained the result C2: "The student expresses himself appropriately in n' any situation, by dominating the linguistic and cultural elements proper to a native speaker and by knowing how to distinguish shades of meaning."

Since my third year of bachelor in engineering, I have tutored at university various courses (Mathematics, Electricity, Computer Science, Physics and Projects) for students in Bachelor and Master.
I have also given private lessons for three years in an academy (Academia Mentis) to groups of high school students (1 to 4 people). Moreover I have started for more than two years with Blocus Assistant to supervise and help university students to prepare their exams ("blocus") in the scientific and engineering fields.

A highly experienced Franco-Belgian teacher (ook in het nederlands!) offers private lessons in mathematics (including finance), probability and statistics, as well as physics, chemistry, and biology for secondary and higher education levels. For physics, chemistry, and biology, the instruction is tailored to the secondary level, specifically up to the 5th year of secondary education in Belgium.

The classes I offer are for students in grades 1 through 6 of high school. I graduated from Sint-Jan Berchmans College in science/mathematics, and I've just finished my master's degree in energy from UCL as a civil engineer, so I've put in a lot of hours of math and science. A computer science and applied mathematics engineer (PhD in applied mathematics), I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in mathematics. I have also completed teacher training (agrégation) and taught mathematics at Collège Saint-Pierre (Uccle) as well as in two European Schools, in French.
