I am an American, 65, who has spent 15 years working in various scientific and biotechnology fields in the USA. My background is in microbiology, but I have done cell culture, various chemical analyses, animal experiments, tissue staining, and assays such as ELISA and RIA. My work history has involved being on interdisciplinary teams, so I have acquired a lot of knowledge of molecular biology, assay development, purification, and regulatory affairs.

I also trained sales and technical staff from 10 countries on the operations of cell culture instrumentation. Part of that work was done in Tokyo, but most was in the USA. I have published scientific papers, posters, manuals, abstracts, lab application reports for marketing, and laboratory protocols. In my university position in Japan, I proofread many papers and posters from science professors and graduate students in many fields.
