Ivan Martin has played as a viola soloist with orchestras such us Tenerife Symphony, Orquesta Comunidad de Madrid, National Orchestra of Guatemala, Reina Sofia Chamber
Orchestra, Loja Symphony Orchestra, National Orchestra of Ecuador, Musica XXI Chamber Orchestra, Ensamble America of New York.

As a member of the Breton String Quartet he has played concerts all over the world as well as in the most importat festivals of Spain.
Argentina, Teatro Colon; Venezia, Bienale; Allice Tully Hall, NY; University of Montreal; Paris, France; Luberon Chamber Festival, France; Uruguay; Chile; Panamá; El Salvador;
Ecuador; Germany; Portugal; Miami US.
With this ensemble he has recorded 6 cd ́s for different labels like Naxos, Columna Música and Warner Records, paying special attention to the spanish repertoire for string
quartet.

At present time Mr. Martin is Principal violist of the ORCAM (Orquesta Comunidad de Madrid) and the viola teacher at the Royal Conservatory of Salamanca.
During his 6 year saty in the US, he studied at The Juilliard School of New York with Heidi Castleman as well as at The Harid Conservatory.

As member of orchestras such as ORCAM, Castilla y Leon Symphony, Florida Filharmonic, Orchestra of Cadaques, Spanish Chamber Orchestra, and Chamber Ochestra Andres
Segovia, Mr. martin has played concerts in China, US, Mexico, Vietnam, Singapur, Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina,
Chile, Uruguay, Taiwan, Cyprus, Korea, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Salvador and Ecuador.
Mr Martin is soponsored by Thomastik Infeld Viena.
