Über mich

I am a guitarist and a composer, living and working as a professional musician in Den Haag. Active in the Netherlands with regular performances in venues such as TivoliVredenburg In Utrecht, Korzo Theater in Den Haag, Orgelpark in Amsterdam, etc. Throughout my career as a musician I have been active as a rock&pop musician, a music producer but also as a classical musician working with classical ensembles. It is the versatility and diversity in my approach to music that makes me a teacher with a good perspective on the needs and prospects of each individual student.

I hold a Bachelor degree in music from the Univeristy of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia and a Master degree from the Royal Conservatory in Den Haag. I also have bachelor degree in music production from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade.

Learn to play Electric or Acoustic guitar in any style

I teach electric and acoustic guitar in many guitar based genres of music, including every type of rock music and pop music, blues and funk, etc. Lessons I offer are tailored to the specific needs and abilities of each individual student. If you are a beginner and don't have all the equipment, don't worry, I own several guitars, two guitar amplifiers and many effect pedals, so even if you don't have all the equipment yourself we can have a fully productive lesson at my home.
I have almost 20 years of experience in playing the guitar and great knowledge of the specifics of guitar playing in each individual genre that I am teaching. Whatever you wish to play, you will be able to master during lessons with me.

Have you always dreamt of recording your own song? Do you want to take your musical ideas to the next level?

Regardless if you've never recorded your own music or if you've already experimented with Digital Audio Workstations (DAW), this course will teach you the basics of music composition and production. We will use both basic music theory and music production tricks to come up with and create your first song(s). From brainstorming song ideas on the piano or guitar, recording vocals and percussion or adding drums in the DAW, you will have complete freedom over your creativity.

Main skills taught: basics of DAWs, recording and mixing instruments and vocals, using and manipulating samples, creating drum beats and chord progressions, music theory, expressing and communicating musical ideas, complementary knowledge about music history.

Music has always been my biggest passion and I really enjoy sharing it with other people. My main music genres are pop, rnb, ballades, a bit of jazz, and soul.
I can read musical notes, but I mainly play by ear (which can be learned too!). I am into music theory and how it helps to understand what one hears and plays.
When it comes to singing, I know some basic techniques and can help with pitch, harmonizing, control, and feeling comfortable/confident when singing.

I am a student at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in the Early Music department, the beautiful and special instrument Harpsichord is my main subject and my passion. I am offering harpsichord, piano and solfège, lessons, on top of music theory for beginners and intermediate levels at home and also online.

Anything that is part of a fundamental understanding of music, e.g. music theory, solfège, rhythm and piano will be taught. For me it is very important that the lessons is specifically made for the students regarding content and length. If asked violin and ballett can be taught as well. In that way the necessary aspects of a well rounded musician can be built up.
