Born and raised in Milan, I am of Italian and Czech descent, and I am 39 years old. Over the years, I’ve built an international career that combines languages, communication, and high-pressure live performance.

I worked as a professional sports announcer for Monster Energy and MXGP of Asia, hosting and narrating live events in English in Indonesia. I also worked as an actress in Spanish for Telemundo, and as a translator/interpreter for trade shows and business events, experiences that sharpened my clarity, adaptability, and ability to connect with people quickly.

I am now based in Belgium, where I train and compete in Shotokan Karate, and I am a black belt. I am currently studying to become a Para-Karate coach, deepening my skills in inclusive training and athlete-centered coaching.

Alongside sport, I am also pursuing my university studies at Università eCampus, focusing on Languages and Literature with a didactic-pedagogical track. This academic path strengthens my teaching approach with modern methodology, inclusive strategies, and structured lesson design, ideal for students who need clarity, motivation, and a supportive environment.

Availability

I am available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (last lesson at 6:00 p.m.), except in extraordinary cases.
On Thursdays, I finish at 6:00 p.m. so I can reach my training on time.
On weekends, I am not available due to practice sessions, championships, and family life 🙂

Opleiding

Between December 2021 and April 2022, I took part in a Master’s student project in Digital Marketing at the University of Leuven and Hasselt (Belgium)**, collaborating as an **expert in Influencer Marketing**.

In **May 2023**, I obtained a Dutch 1.1 certificate from PCVO Moderne Talen (Hasselt, Belgium) with a final grade of 96/100.

I previously studied **Foreign Languages and Literature**, and completed the **first year of Public Relations and Advertising** at **IULM University in Milan**, strengthening my background in communication, media, and multilingual contexts.

In **2025**, I further expanded my academic and interdisciplinary training through specialized international certifications, including:

* **History and Religions**, **Harvard University** (online certification)
* **Forensic Psychology**, **Universidad Anáhuac** (online certification)

Alongside my academic path, I am currently enrolled at **Università eCampus**, where I study **Languages and Literature with a didactic-pedagogical focus**, with particular attention to inclusive education, teaching methodologies, and learner-centered approaches.

A qualified language coach with 25 years of experience offers intensive Dutch lessons in a small class or online.

I give many Dutch NT2 lessons to expats and in preparation for an integration exam.
Specialized in guiding for the State Exam I and II. Special exam coach.

In January 2025 I will also start with groups again. We have a great classroom in the center of Rotterdam, near metro station Beurs, lessons with small homogeneous groups (little difference in level).

We mainly go for quality and not just running a lesson. I am really involved in the progress of the student. In addition to teaching, I want to do everything to really motivate students to take the next step. That is my strength!

You can also choose the online lesson package with Whereby, Teams or Zoom in a comfortable way. Online classes are one-on-one or maximum one-on-two, for better results.

My English is fluent, as well as Portuguese and Spanish. I understand the difficulties of overcoming barriers for Latin languages and for expats in general, as I have also been an expat.

Online lessons last 75 minutes once a week for 10 weeks to reach a higher level.

This is the normal speed. Including exam training (A-2 or Staatsexamen) and exam at the end.

Intensive training ? That can also be done in five to ten full days, I am used to giving these very intensive trainings to CEOs or managers who want it faster and more intensive ... all lessons within 3 or 4 weeks. Based on the European system A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2 and C-1

As soon as students want to further improve their knowledge of Dutch, I always advise and coach them to take the State Exam I or II, the only formal Certificate in this country, recognized by employers and universities.

I will try to switch to conversation after a few lessons, to put your knowledge into practice as soon as possible. Don't get too caught up in the grammar.

Teaching is my ultimate passion and even after 25 years it feels like the first time and students always feel inspired to overcome the obstacles.

I also teach you about Dutch social culture, which is intertwined in the course and is strongly related to the language.
