My method: I teach you to strengthen your physical presence on stage with relevant, assertive and powerful gestures. Then to breathe. Then establish strong contact with your audience. Finally, to develop the Art of Speech through classic oratory techniques of eloquence (choice of words, modulations of the voice, articulation, silences, etc.).
Stop speaking IN public, speak TO the public.
How?
Sessions conducted with great rigor, kindness and humor.
It is always from “you” that we work. You stay yourselves.
1-You create bodily axes with the audience: gaze, posture, gestures, voice.
2-You consolidate these axes by putting a lot of energy into them and intensifying movement, gaze, speech (articulation) and breathing (I wish you tired :)
3-You add the message, the meaning, what you want to say to the audience: choice of specific words or well-structured plan.
4-You practice the music of the language (prosody): varied intonations, different rhythms, use of silences!
Some sessions may be enough.
Texts: theater, famous speeches or your own professional presentations

A student's word: Good evening Emmanuel. I just wanted to tell you that my public speaking went well! I was comfortable and well prepared.
